Refunds & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at Manchester Spartans Basketball Club. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Law)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, for any reason, and receive a full refund.
To exercise this right, you must inform us in writing (via email) within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the items.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number or receipt).
Items Exempt from Refunds
The following types of items are non-refundable unless faulty:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: We may deduct from your refund any loss in value of the goods if the product shows signs of unnecessary handling.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@mcrspartans.com
